Follow our application process to apply for a grant:
Please consider attending one of our Grant Application Workshops, dates and times TBD for 2019. The workshop will provide an overview of the grant application and award process and will provide instruction that may be helpful in applying for the grant.
Submit a Letter of Intent: The Letter of Intent launch date and deadline will be updated for 2019 at a later date.
Those meeting the LOI requirements will be invited to submit a grant proposal. A link to the online application portal will be emailed.
If invited to proceed, a deadline for a grant proposal will be communicated.
Applications are reviewed:
Focus group committees, composed of volunteer members of Impact100 Oakland County, review the applications, discuss the merits of each, perform site visits and identify finalists based on the project impact.
Finalists are selected from each of the five focus areas by the grant review committees who then write an executive summary of the proposals. This summary is mailed to the entire membership of Impact100 Oakland County prior to the annual meeting.
Annual Grant Award Meeting: Fall 2019
Representatives from each of the finalist organizations make a short presentation at the annual meeting in Fall 2019.
Each Impact100 Oakland County member votes at the annual meeting or by absentee ballot to determine the grant recipient. The organization receiving the most of votes will receive the full grant award.
The winner is announced at the conclusion of the meeting.
